Protocol adaptation for LPWAN

Seamless adaptation leveraging SCHC

Acklio adaptation solution leverages the SCHC header compression and fragmentation mechanism standardized by the IETF. The principle is to transport legacy protocol data in IPv6/UDP packets, which are compressed and fragmented with SCHC to make them transportable over the LPWAN radio link. Acklio provides the software components to enable these features both in the device and behind the LPWAN core network.

Acklio SCHC SDK

Acklio SCHC firmware is delivered with the SCHC profile(s) for the target protocol(s) and LPWAN connectivities. This library can be implemented either as a middleware on the device, on the  communication module or on an external dongle.
